Ready to Help?

We're not waiting for change. We're building it, right here in Tampa Bay.

Together, we lead, empower, and advance the next generation. Whether you give, volunteer, or just show up, you matter to this work.

Our Story

From HUBLife to
L.E.A.D.

Born from unity, built on action, and now focused entirely on the future of Tampa Bay's youth and families.

L.E.A.D. Tampa Bay team

Where It Started

The Origins

In 2021, when a lot of Tampa Bay businesses were trying to figure out how to survive, a small group of people decided to do something different. Instead of pulling back, they came together. That group became HUBLife Charities, and in a short period of time, they raised over $200,000 for local causes, supported 500+ families through holiday events, and put real money and real effort into the community.

Events like Huboween, Christmas in July, and neighborhood Easter egg hunts weren't just fun. They were signals that this community had each other's backs. And through all of it, the work built a track record, a network, and a foundation worth growing.

The organization earned its 501(c)(3) status and got to work. But over time, the leadership recognized that the mission was ready to evolve into something more focused, something with a sharper purpose.

Where We're Going

The Next Chapter

L.E.A.D. Tampa Bay is not a fresh start. It's a step forward. We are carrying everything that worked about HUBLife Charities and directing it toward a clearer mission: investing in youth and families through entrepreneurship, education, and real community engagement.

Our board of directors doesn't just show up for meetings. They show up in the community. They mentor, they fundraise, they roll up their sleeves. That hands-on culture is something we are proud of and it's something we're building the entire organization around.

If you believe that the next generation of Tampa Bay deserves real opportunities, not just well-wishes, then you're already aligned with what we're doing here.

A Note on Our Roots

"The work that was started by HUBLife Charities gave this community something real. It proved that when businesses and neighbors come together with genuine intention, things happen. We are grateful to Regan Weiss, the founder of HUBLife Charities, for building the foundation that made this next chapter possible. We wish him well on what comes next."
